Spend lots of time all around there in the summer, I'm too old now to brave it this weather. Nice to see it under a blanket of snow, thankyou for posting.

Despite having the Trossachs and the Highlands on my doorstep, I still miss the winter days I've spent in the Peak District. Kinder, despite being 'only' 2000 ft, is a serious mountain. It's wild country for sure.
I've also found folks to be very friendly in the area.

We're planning our usual wander round Ladybower on Sunday, can't wait.
