PCU fit not like standard civilian cloth.
Patagonia Second version L5 2gen. fit a little bit more room then "ORC. Ink." L51gen.
I will compare fit this Jacket, maybe to large windproof smock.
So pit to pit 73cm

So I have ORC.Inc. L5 pants first gen (i personally think 1gen pants much better)
In Large. Like new i just tried but not real worn.

I am truly gutted. 56 chest will swamp me.

It is probably 44-46 in USA size.
I wear 44 and grab this special in free fit like some smock anorak.
This fit like my Large Bergans Morgedal Anorak but in soft-shell.
Depended what you need, more free fit or narrow "sporty".
For cold time with insulate layer, free fit will be good, high activities "running" better "sporty".
