Professional restaurant/catering-grade equipment. Originally purchased as I was moving into house renovation project in rural France, and anticipated not having a kitchen to use, but this twin hob unit was never needed so it is now surplus to requirements.
Only turned on twice - once when first purchased to boil a pot of water in order to test it. The second time was to test it before advertising on here. Never used to cook anything and as such, it has no marks, dents, chips, damage or soiling whatsoever. The top surface of the stainless steel around the hobs has a light heat tinting (temper) from heating up. Please see photos.
