Here is a small paint can wood stove I made today. The door was temporary to see how well the stove worked.

I fired it up today and it worked great so I will make a proper door with adjustable air vents.

That looks very tidy indeed.
How did you attach the flue parts together, push fit?

The legs are homemade from some scraps of 1/4" aluminum rod I had laying around. The feet on the legs are from lowes and are suppose to be finger holds for sliding doors. The legs attach to the can via 4mm threaded rivets, and all the pipes just push together. All but the long section of pipe fit inside the can when disassembled. I will try to do a tutorial when I make the next one. Thanks for all the great comments!

Ok so here are a few pics of the legs. Starting from the bottom up:

Small brass finger hold for sliding door. Drilled in the center for 3 mm button head bolt and nut.

Attached to the brass part by the button head and nut is a small piece of aluminum channel cut to 3/8" long with 2 holes drilled (one on center of the bottom of the channel and one through both sides aprox. .25" up)

Attached to channel by 3 mm cap screw is a 1" long piece of .25" aluminum rod. Hole drilled through the side of the aluminum rod to allow 3mm bolt to pass through the channel and rod. The top end of the rod is drilled on center and tapped to 3 mm aprox. .5" deep for a 20mm long 3mm set screw.

Attached to the 3mm set screw is another piece of aluminum approx 2 1/2" long drilled and tapped 3mm by 1/2" deep on lower end and drilled and tapped 4mm by 1/2" deep on upper end.

On the top end of the leg I have inserted a 4mm bolt and cut off the head allowing it to be screwed into 4mm rivets In the Stove body.
