I've a BT email account that I use on Outlook 2007 - I had a few issues so tried to delet the account to start again. As have done in the past.
However, rather than total remove the account it has called the previous set up " Personal Files". Old stuff is still there but nothing new is coming in. When I went into Account Settings - email accounts, there wasn't anything there. ---think I hit the keyboard delete key, rather than the remove icon to try and get rid of the email account.
So I did did the New icon and followed it through.
But now I still have the old set up that doesn't receive, but all my saved sent goes to that one. The new one receives and sents ok but it is a pain and looks a mess.
Does that make sense?
Is there an easy way to get rid of all email accounts / data and start from scratch again. Or go back to just one "account".
