Great little pack aimed at mtb use but okay for fast and light day walks.

No specific back size I'm afraid I can't help on that one. Adjustable waist, chest sternum and shoulder straps. Will take upto a 3L bladder with ospreys hydraulic system. I've a back like a pit prop and I wore it comfortable and I've cycled with lads that are built like racing snakes, that use them. I iirc it was awarded best pack in 2011?
