Hi Everyone!
As a follow-on to the thread about acorn processing (http://www.bushcraftuk.com/forum/showthread.php?t=125144&highlight=), I thought I'd provide a recipe so you can use acorn flour in a more elaborate way.
The drought in my area seems to have greatly reduced this year's acorn crop. It is actually hard to find acorns where I am right now. So please be careful not to over-harvest if your area also has a small crop. Many wild creatures depend on acorns for their survival.

It is very hearty and good with melted butter. Naturally, do not eat or prepare it if you are allergic to tree nuts or wheat.
If you do make some, let us know how it goes!
