As new. Picked these up a few weeks back, checked the eye relief was enough for my rather large glasses (it was) and then put in the box. They've been used to gaze out the window to check them out but since then have been stored in the box on a bookshelf. As such they're as new with case, optics cloths, strap and end caps (both ends).
