Opinel No 2 Mini folder?

Just received a Opinel No 2 Mini folding knife, And it was blunt and badly Ground, Anyone had the same problem, Or Has Opinel lowered there Quality.
I hope it's just a 1 off as I love Opinel's.
any info welcome.

I have a no. 3 and a no. 6 and the 3 was very dull and the 6 looked like an U when looking from the spine to the edge. Don´t know what has happened with QC.
