Anyone know of any UK based supplier that offers this sort of mixed sachet boo-boo kit?

Not that I am aware of, due to HSE regs UK first aid kits rarely include "medications" though one or two include either paracetamol (Life Systems Trek) or at least 1 has a couple of aspirin for heart attack purposes.

I ended up making my own similar, 1/2 strip (8 pills) aspirin, 1/2 strip paracetomol, 1/2 strip ibuprofen, 1/2 strip (7 pills) anti histimine, 4 iodine cotton buds, 4 alcohol cotton buds, small tube of germalene (filled from larger tube), bite/sting cream tube 10g, 5cm sterile non stick dressing, porous tape, steri-strips, finger plasters, alcohol wipes, sterile wipes...... all fitted in to a small pouch similar to the below (removed and used larger stuff in another bigger kit) : -

Anybody include superglue? As it was invented for oops and wounds that need a few stitches.
I've just been devouring Pitch Black Forge's youtubes on 20 years of USA trainhopping and stealth camping - superglue one of the things he uses and rates highly. Wealth of No BS info on there about travelling light and stealth camping/solo safety. A life lived.

I find it sticks in the throat.

Make sure you buy the correct stuff and don't use just any old super glue - some of the components can be rather harmful to the skin in some formulations.

Boots do a tidy one, and there's room to add painkillers of choice too.
£12.

That does look rather good. What is the storage bag like in terms of construction? I have bought three different ones over the years, I think Lifesystems and then some other generic ones, and the exterior and/or interior zips failed on all three after just a few open/closes (they didn't exactly see frequent use, thankfully). Can't ask too much given the price, but frustrating.

Fairly robust. Mine knocks about the car dashboard hatch cupboard thing.

I think many of these kind of pouches are much of a muchnesss, probably made in China. It's Boots though, if it splits or the zip doesn't work properly, just take it back and complain. Their customer service is quite good.

Yes, likewise, lots of irrelevant print, when you've no time to sit down and read it or (maybe) find the "right" injury advice - assuming you do have your specs to hand!.
I think its worthwhile becoming familiar with your medical pack and whats in it. Even better would be to learn some first aid! - I'm lacking in that department.

How would we know? I got the impression that all superglue was essentially the same stuff.
The ingredients list on them - I'd keep it simple and only buy medical/veterinary super glue rather than dual-usaging what might be in your toolkit as the former are specifically formulated for it, whereas the latter, whilst it may contain a suitable cyanoacrylate compound, may contain other things which your skin is not a fan of.

I'd recommend a search online about it, but do not use the AI generated top line results as they're not reliable when it comes to details like this.

Thanks to Hugh, who was right, I went looking for info; https://www.realfirstaid.co.uk/superglue/
It's still quite pricey, the best veterinary glue I could find was £13 with 2 applicator nozzles. Plus delivery say £7

Steel cuts are a fact of life in my business and they bleed like anything. The glue is only of use to stop them re-opening whilst repairing, once the bleed has stopped.
Onsite the cut gets the masking tape pressure bandage treatment until it stops, and yes, probably animal glue.
Bushcrafting- if out for a few days and the wound is in a place subject to reopening or obvious dirt/infection, despite conventional dressings, then it gets the superglue, and I'm not fussed about the make.

It's more sources for sachets of meds if available I'm interested in.

Sachets can pack smaller , flatter and are less prone to accidently being ' popped ' as per typical multi packet meds which seem intent to space the various doses across a large area.

Can you get mixed sachet medication in mainland Europe ?

I'm not sure, but it may be that sachets aren't suitable for most of the meds you are looking for due to overdose controls (a bit like why we don't have bottles of paracetamol/aspirin unlike in the US) the idea being the act of having to pop each individual pill out of a blister pack makes you pause, rather than just unscrewing a bottle/tearing open a sachet and pouring a bunch of pills out rapidly.

Do you want individual tablets/pills in a single sachet? What I do is cut down the blister packs into smaller quantities for travel med packs - as you note they seem to try and put as few tablets/pills in each blister sheet, and cutting them down helps with this. Having some bubble wrap in there can help with accidental popping. Don't forget to keep the info sheets so you know dosage, contraindications etc.

Make your own with a food vacuum sealer? and cut the blister packs down to size (round off the sharp corners).
I haven't tried resealing in the wild yet, I'm thinking a small corner cut to dispense a pill might be resealed with a match or lighter?
On international travel though, anything other than the official container is a no go at customs, and apparently can get you a fine in some places.

Yeah - I'm starting to think this maybe the play. Just annoying.
