A friend and I heading out near to a nearby wood for some hammock camping and he wanted to try out his new Weber Cast Iron Wok. I knocked up this chilli using mince, Heinz BBQ beans, chopped toms, Uncle Bens sauce and pancetta (although it is normally chorizo). With a few tins of Speckled Hen this went down a treat
