...so did Wellsy and me...the hottest day of the year and we had to stoke a fire all day to cook a pig for a friend's birthday. Well worth it though, the result was cooked to perfection and mouthwateringly moist...and for each pint of beer consumed a pint of water followed...a perfect day...
