Looking good for a winter meet.

I have had a project in mind for a while now, to construct a communal area in the middle pitch using 3 or 4 existing trees as uprights with cross beams to support a pitched roof. Any thoughts or help?

for those who want to take part, it will be up for discussion. given the lack of bracken or similar at NW I suspect for longevity it may be a frame and tarp roof of some sort.

I think a tarp is the way to go, I will be trying out the Harlton hacienda on the meet as well as some tyvek stuff I have done and a few other bits and pieces also changed some of my set up again so will probably have some stuff for the bring and buy if we are doing one?

don't need much of an excuse for a car boot Pete! yes of course, and that goes to anyone else who has a bit of spare gear to shift.

Had a wander down to RTI today, thought I had got away with just spending a fiver, ....... until I spotted something on the way out!
