Here we go again another year of North Wood meets behind us. many of the 'old hands' are still with us and we have welcomed lots of new friends over the past 12 months.

Although these meets are very relaxed and informal with no real agenda, if anyone attending does need instruction or advice on a particular aspect then please ask either here or at the meet. Our regulars have a wealth of combined knowledge backed up with practical experience, and would be only too happy to share this with you.

Small individual fires are allowed this meet, dead standing and windfall only.
this meet will be on the middle pitch again, parking unless excess rain or snow prohibits, will be on car park 2. all you need to know about North Wood is here.

Signed up to the forum 2 hours ago and requesting to attend this weekend maybe too audacious for some of the regulars, but since you are only 20 miles away it would be an ideal opportunity to meet some of you.

Quick background about myself, a middle aged male that respects and enjoys the countryside.
