Was that one of the vaude bivy tents you've got there, how did you find it?

stuart f nah it was an empty crate that I found at the side of the road and thought it would make a good womb led seat

MagiKelly the short answer is no I was thinking about heading up to Thurso for a few days and wanted to see if the bivy bag was suitable for going with me

I've a Rab bivi in event i've yet to try.
Got a jacket in same that works well so hope it's the same.

Looks great - I'm still a bit scared to do an overnighter on my own but I really do want to.

What sort of firebox were you using?

Its a Tentipi mini fire box there a bit pricey to buy but its one bit of kit that gets used alot by me and MagiKelly
