New Ventile jacket on the block.

Just had an email from Howies announcing their new Ventile jacket which might interest people on here.

I've got a fair bit of Howies kit and it's all very well made from good materials.

That's a nice looking jacket, single layer by the sounds of it, but with a second cotton liner

I've had one for nearly ten years and (excluding the new zip) it has lasted amazingly well.

Love 'em!

The Cotton liner seems a bit strange. The Ventile shell is of course great, stands against weather, dries fast, breathes well. But the cotton liner, doesn't it destroy the function.Ok cotton breaths well, but when you sweat, will the liner ever dry?
