New Skinner

After talking at one of the bcuk meets I thought I could do worse than have a skinner in my range so here is the prototype
its 120mm long with a cutting edge of 40mm on a curve.
the usual file work and mosaic pin, the scales are paper micarta I recently bought from mostho over on BB.
Hope you like it

That is stunning and even better than I imagined it to be when I saw the blade. What have you used for the handle as Lin likes it so it might be a goer for hers when I get it made.
I will take that off you in a few months when you are bored with it John. How did the other one come out?

Fit and finish are beautiful John - as always. I'm especially struck with the file work.

I must be honest and say that as a user game knife, it doesn't quite work for me - a question of blade shape really (happy to explain if you like). Thats not a criticism, just a personal style preference. Lovely knife mind - I could see it as a pocket carry knife (if I didn't already have one of yours for that ;))

Nice one Singeblister, I really have to commission something similar from you. Perhaps in a month or two, bought too many other toys recently..
