There was a long thread about this gadget on British Blades a few months back. The consensus was that it's really good.

I considered buying one to try it out as I have just about every coffee making device going but I'm still not convinced about this one.

This is the manufacturer's homepage.

One downside it that you have to buy the microfilters apart from that it seems like good value. Even better value if you can get it from the States without paying too much for shipping as it's roughly half price there.

I now have two of these, one for everyday use in the house and one I keep in the car for work and trips. they are an absolute doddle to use and produce really nice coffee. The filters arent really a problem - you get 350 in your set and replacement packs of 350 are readily available. Best bit is the filter is reusable - just rince it off. I have reused one up to about 10 times. I usually replace it every other day at home. Highly recommended!
