NATO watch strap 2 piece ?

I'm on the look out for a decent 2 piece NATO Style strap as my mate's got a Burn scar on the wrist and the full Nato strap aggravates it.
So if anyone has any experience with these any help welcomed

To help with a similar issue with the one piece band I took a strip of soft leather, put some slits in it and used that to make my wrist band more comfortable

Just another option for your guy because they’re very comfortable. Barton Silicone Elite come in a range of colours and a buy 2 get one free. I have a few and the silicone is soft and supple, really comfy all day wear. Also, having a few colours is nice, I’ve got an army green, orange, blue/black, etc and because they have quick release pins it’s easy to change them to suit. Kind of like having a different watch but without the cost.
