My matchcases arrived today.................

...a brass and black one direct from Keith Lunders in Idaho.
They are bigger than I expected but that is not a complaint. The finish is excellent and I love the lanyard design that helps guarantee that the lid stays on - not that it is necessary as the lid closure feels solid as a rock.
The brass case is obviously heavier and has a nice rough finish. The black case feels as light as a feather to carry. They complement each other nicely.
Thanks must go to Schwert, Keith and all at BCUK who kept this thread and order going. I think that we are all really lucky to have the chance of getting hold of these.

Mine arrived too. The ally ones seem so light compaired to the brass but the brass ones are still my favourite.
