Seriously though I think one will be reserved for sloe gin straight away. I'm open to idea's though.

snaffled yourself a bargain , get brewing mate. literally throw in any friut add a gp yeast and sugar and off you go. you will have to get round and sample some of ours............all in the interest of quality control lol

As for the brown one can anyone advise if that for a specific use?
