Mushroom ID

I found this in the garden this morning, it must have appeared over night.
Does anyone have any idea what this one is, as I can not find it in my books.

looks like a type of Agaricus. beyond that i'm not sure.
Was it growing under or near any trees?

Hmm, no skirt on the stem makes me think no to agaric. No egg shell on the cap either, looks more like age related cracking. Too yellow to be some others of sa similar pattern imo, but I'm no pro.
