I'd agree Orlieb have always seemed very good.

You say you're having trouble finding MSR bags, have you tried the Woodlore site? They seem to have them in stock.

Cheers bardster, i'll get one of those. I tend never to buy anything off woodlore, I just use it as a guide, and then try and source it for half the price somewhere else ;)!

Are these ortliebs nice and tough material, difficult to puncture?

I thougt that, though in this case there were the cheapest UK supplier of the MSR type when I got mine

Really? That's a surprise :) ! They are only £7 more than the ortlieb, can anyone make a comparision between the two, the MSR looks like it could be a better bag?

I haven't used the Ortileb so can't really comment on it.

I have been using the MSR for the last twelve months and seems pretty bombproof.

Rolls up to a fairly small size and fits into a crusader mug, when filled I either carry it in the top of my bergan or by hand

I also have a spigot type cap for it so I can hang it from a suitable tree and makes the pouring easier.
