Mora Bushcraft Signal, now discontinued. This knife has been carried a lot but only seen very light use (cutting string etc) so while the sheathis a bit scuffed (and now multicoloured) the knife is in good shape.

Yes, google suggests it might even be 12c27 but I wouldn't want to promise that unequivocally.
