MOD gore-tex over trousers Not DPM

Trying to source a pair of the above in Black or Navy or anything but DPM.

Any ideas? need to be a size large - regular length,

Unfortunately, Silvermans might be your best bet. I say unfortunately, because they tend to charge excessively high prices in my experience

If it's the blue ones they issued to the RAF forget it you'd be better of wearing netting. The seams leaked and the material didn't breathe.

mmm yeah I been burnt by silvermans in the past..... any alternative recommendations ie: material, type, brand? They are for GF to wear out walking, long wet grass at worst. need to be an over trouser and good VFM. she doesn't like DPM (why, i dont know??) Breathable preferably don't need to be expensive brands.

Been thinking a bit more; you could try looking in TK Max, they often have decent outdoor gear at knockdown prices

Tried TKmaxx they didnt have any water proof trousers in the branch i tried, so went to cotswold outdoors and got a pair of the berghaus which seem a reasonable balance of price and perfromance.
