Its "Millbank" rather than "Millbrook". They are available as a kit with chemical purifier (which is needed if the water is not to be boiled) from many surplus shops (between £15 and £20) or e-bay etc. I paid about £5 for unused surplus ones but new ones are around a tenner.

If you Google "Millbank Bag" you'll get loads of hits

Hi Mark, i have a couple spare if you want. outsides are a little marked,but the insides are as new and unused. i paid £5 each, so £10 plus £2 p+p. :swordfigh

The millbank bags are good and being cheap makes them easy to replace. I did come across this website for an updated version of the millbank bag. They also have a range of personnel filtration equipment. Link below for info.
