For sale is this lovely skinner by Mick Wardell. A custom knife maker from Devon, now retired I believe.
It measures 16cm long including 7.5cm blade. Signed WARDELL on the blade. The handle is really
wonderful and perfectly fitted to the full tapered tang. Don't know the wood or the blade material.
The blade seems to have a sort of watermark under the shine - perhaps laminated ???
Leather sheath works but is not perfect caused by taking knife in & out. I've only used it to try
some feather sticks when I first had it, kept in a box for a few years not being used so best go
to someone who will use it or just admire it.
Price £75 including postage etc.
Over 18's only.
