I'm going on a school trip with one of my kids. There are about 22 in the class, and the teacher wants the kids to do the cooking.

Fires won't be a problem - there is a decent area for fires and plenty of wood.

Ideas for meals please. The trip is 5 days - 4 nights.

Oh, and some of the kids are vegetarian.

[edit] Most of the kids are complete urbanites. When I asked stepson if his class had any ideas for meals, he said they'd discussed whether they could get pizza delivered.

How about a soup? You could have both chicken and vegetable and fill them up with lots of veggies.
You can keep the kids busy cutting the ingredients and as a sidedish maybe bake some bannocks.

That should leave you with only 3 more nights to come up with a menu. ;)
