Match stick flints?

Does anyone have any experience with these small strikers.i was toying with the idea of modding one on my sak.plus might be if interest too people for other projects

They are good to go - bought loads of stuff off Sharks

would be interested to see how the mod works out but being so small they do wear away quick

are they like mini ferro rods or are they just the ordinary flint rods you get in cigarette lighters?

Was thinking maybe replace the scales for wooden ones but make one of the scales slightly thicker so the flint could slide in and out if the end just like the tooth pick.msybe I don't know yet.still pondering tbh

they are ferro rods kind of like the ones you get glued to survival whistle match cases etc, throw good sparks but run out quick

That's pretty much what I was thinking with the ferro in the end if the sak nice well done
