I have taken the next step forward and have upgraded to Maker Plus. Please feel free to ask me about bag commissions, leather belts, leather & Paracord rifle slings and my handkerchiefs.
When asking about a project I will let you know my current workload and when I would be able to start on a project for you.
We will also agree a price, I will send a full outline of the product I am making for you and we can agree this is correct. I will be asking for a 50% deposit on most projects, this is to cover material and some of my time should a buyer decide not to fulfil the purchase, as custom items may not be easy to move on.
When I get back from my holiday (next week) I will be starting on my first bag for a user on here, with their permission I will put finished pictures on here and ask them to give honest feedback on the bag.

I know I can do these to a good standard, slight variations on each one is possible. Normal standard for each type are, ITW hardware throughout, military spec webbing, 600D Nylon outer material, double thickness liner made from waterproof nylon. The liner normally comes up approx. 12cm above the opening and is held in with Velcro, so the lining can be removed to be cleaned (even used for signalling if the inner layer is bright orange).
• Please note even though water proof / resistant fabric is used throughout due to the amount of sewing these can not really be classed as waterproof. I do try to ensure that the outer layer of the flap on the bags are made from one piece of material with no stitching directly on top.
Lots of my bag work can be seen over here - https://www.flickr.com/photos/leaky5/albums/72157668325287582
