with just the outer shell its too cold. Its ok when its only 5 degrees but anything lower and I think "why didn't I put the lining in?"

The lining on its own wont fasten up and looks a bit funny so I cant wear that on its own

your right mine had US ARMY NATO STOCK NO. ETC
made by alpha industries usa on it but your talking 15 years ago-tiger aswell

i use and love a sas smock now am on me 2nd it's in real tree
top jacket but each to his own as they say if it work's for you then use it
