Low-sugar homemade cordial recipes wanted

Hi All..

Does anyone have any tips for cutting down on the sugar needed for homemade cordials? I have read that you can halve the sugar by adding 3-4 sweet cicely leaves so just wondering if there is anything else you could use?

Angelica works too :)

British Red's been growing and processing some wonderful sounding stuff that's sweet but we don't get any calories/nutrient from it. Stevia? Stewia?
Hopefully he'll see this thread and comment.
