I am looking for a copy:

Forest Mensuration Handbook - Forestry Commission Booklet 39.

I know it is out of print if anyone has a copy or knows where to find it

That would be wonderful.

Dont know if this is of any help, but if you cant track that book down, the Forestry Commission`s Forest Research may have articles of interest

they are being re-printed, but you may already know this.

The FC have been doing work on digitising it.

If you are not in a hurry you can order it via Amazon (4-6 weeks) or WH Smiths (2-4 weeks)

But this probbly just means they may or may not get it and will get itfrom HMSO and FC anyhow. I saw one 2nd hand on Amazon.co.uk but it was a pricy £36

As Nomad suggested Forest Research has it on their web site for £13 (shame it is not available as PDF yet like so many of their publications)

Now have second hand copy, new edition has been delayed.

They are not keen on printing it do not know why?
