I lost the original sheaf years ago and would like to now find a replacement or improved version (maybe with sharpener and firesteel)
Does anyone have any suggestions?

I suspect you're having issues finding one because you're writing 'sheaf' and not sheath. If you Google Buck 120 custom sheath, you'll find loads in both leather and kydex. Etsy and Ebay should also bring you some results. I hope this helps.
