I want to keep a log book of my bushcraft pursuits.

I am thinking on keeping thematic sessions (trees, tracking, etc), one session to register courses attended, and one session in which I will register my outings. This could have a structure like this:

Location:
Date & Time:
Weather:

Aim:
Gear:
Nutrition notes:
Others in group:

Wildlife and plant sightings:

Notes:

Does any of you keep one?
Do you have any suggestion?
Which structure do you think I could use?

Cheers,
Luciano
