Cheers Robbi hopefully get a few more outings with it this year! By the way that divers knife you gave me got a good bit of abuse this weekend, worked great, the serrated edge came I good for recycling some old rope off a stranded broken lobster pot!

I've taken a few lesser spotted dogfish I'm not mega keen on the taste of it unless it's flavoured or battered etc but I couldn't bring myself to take that magnificent beast

So I made a DIY Lobster trap as well as a DIY Shrimp trap.

It took me a few hours and I went out and set them today in a very deep rockpool at one of my local beaches in Cornwall.

They cost me the grand total of £0.00 as I had most of the ingredients, plus I scavenged the tubs themselves from local businesses.

I've progressed from being an Emmet (maybe), I'm now a blow-in who has settled here. Luckily we've had 2 kids since being here so they kind of qualify us a little more.
