Cool cheers.

Stihl (the chainsaw manufacturer) do an Encyclopaedia of trees as well as an encyclopaedia of tree diseases which has some decent info in it as well.

On every page you pull up on a particular type of tree there's a part you can click on under the title of Types of Damage that takes you to the tree diseases section, some of the things that damage trees are fungus's so in a way it helps identify those as well.
