Am packing to move and most of my comprehensive kit will have to be stored.

Im limiting myself to two bags (just two)

A daysack with full kit in. (but I have not decided between my snugpack daysack or my karrimor falcon)

A full size rucksack which will contain much else. this means my sharps, and an extra sleeping bag and cooker, also a wool blanket

------

what would you take in my situation?

I fear my down quilt and beloved camp bed may not be achievable.

As in your thread about tents. "Depends" How long will you have to depend on these bags? Where are you likely to go? What are you likely to do?

Personally first things in the packing pile[1] would be my exped Synmat 7 UL sleep matt, then my bivvi bag, then a tarp. The versatility this lot offers in various combinations gives it an automatic first place in the pack.

Next up is the sawyer water filter (actually this never leaves my pack). Then my two sleeping bags would go on the pile.

[1] I pile everything up, then pack it. I'm not saying first in my pack, as I pack my bag in the reverse order I need it on arriving at camp.

Probably the bushmoot. (a hopeless case)
