oddly enough I was in my local one today. They've got angora t-shirts in there (well, 50% angora, 30% wool and 20% polymide) for £8.99. I got one and it seems to be a very good bit of kit, will certainly be warm enough (possible even too warm!!!). I think they may be seconds tho.

just been down, they must all be small people in norway as the jumpers are diddy even the biggest. Nevermind the thermals looked good but alas they didnt have them in my size.

Lidl ROCKS!!!

I love the place, the food always reminds me of being at my Grandads (he's German) and the hardware they sell is suprisingly good.

I will have to go and get some thermals...and maybee some bratwurst too, oh and some chocolate and some pilsner beer

Cheers for that Rik, just went on http://www.lidl.co.uk and checked out the specials in the store nearest me - will definitely have to take a trip along.

I got there about 15:30 and just managed to grab the last 2 sets of the 'technical' thermals one his and one hers. My top is XL but they only had a pair of L bottoms. Ball stranglers?
