Or alternatively, if you haven't got access to the places to buy stuff, get someone over here to go to one of the above, package it up and post it to you.
Depending on what your import duties are, you may have to pay a couple of quid to collect it, but at least you'll have the tools.

The stitch markers, you might want a couple of different sizes... and you're going to need a leather needle or two for saddle-stitching, and some thread (or artificial sinue).
Most other tools you'll use don't have to be specialist. I use a standard hammer, a foldaway utility knife and cheap spring clamps... all readily available tools that you can hold of quite cheaply.
