Leather diary cover

Hi all my daughter asked me to make her a diary cover for her, so here it is 2mm veg tan a5 size dyed with antique dye and red Eco dye, and is closed with a buffalo disc carved into a Rose( my Grandaughters name is Arwen Rose)
Anyway hope you like it, n welcome any critic from the leather workers as this is my second attempt at a book cover.

Mate that's really impressive, sure she is going to love it! How long did it take to make?

Like that a lot. I'm currently making a cover for my Kindle but every time I see LuckyLee's, Dreadhead's and Angst's work I just throw the tools down and say "Who am I kidding!". Looks like I'm going to have to add you to the list of Leatherworkers I would like to emulate.

I'll get there, it's just that first step is always the scariest on something you've never done before. Fear of failure mostly.
