I have a large KK and it leaks round the bottom seam. I seem to remember seeing somewhere that some do leak, but they eventually reseal themselves. I have used this about 4-5 times, how many times before it seals itself?

I think it depends on the type of water you have. It will scale up like a normal kettle and seal if you are in a hard water area. We have no scaling of kettles and taps so it would probably not seal in our area!
This is quite common, send it back as they are not meant to leak but recently i've heard of a few folk complaining of this. It looks like quality control have broken down again!
