Been looking for this book for a while ever since reading about it in another book by Mr Mason, as the saying goes "the best things come to those who wait".

I got an original 1937, 1st edition copy for the grand sum of £10.00 delivered - for a book that is over eighty years old it's in immaculate condition bar a few library marks and it looks like its hardly ever been touched - well chuffed.

What a find! And so rare, it seems.

There are residential areas along the shores of many of our larger lakes.
As a result, there's no shooting firearms to hunt birds.
I lived on such a lakeshore beach. I watched hunters using aluminum boomerangs to kill Canada geese.
Fast, silent and very effective. I'll guess chapter VI will put food on the table!
