A bit cold, but good fresh air, although bit of a smoggy layer near Edinburgh. I have a few MREs in my winter pack, actually used one today. Nice to chill, literally, on the summit a the cairn for half an hr. I was up Ben Cleuch 2700ft, in the Ochils.

You can't really see but there is an eysore windfarm back right there. This should show the Gorms etc, but a tad too much cloud.

I've been off for two weeks and 2 days. I, like English schools, have 195 working days. So it means you can pick your best days for walking, climbing, biking and canoeing etc.

MTB night riding this week, nice crunchy dry mud for a change !
