Laptop Memory HDD Etc

Hello I have several bits from a laptop (screen Broke)

160GB HDD
DDR2 Memory 1GB and DDR2 Memory 2GB
Internal DVR-R/RW Discdrive
Wireless LAN
Mother board Intel CP2 08219-1
Processor 2.00MHz Intel

I think the memory and the Hard drive will be the best bits I would like too swap for anything really no strict ideas. Not sure of the value.
