Kydex sheaths & Webbing belt loop ?

  • BushMoot: Come along to the amazing Summer Moot 31st July - 5th August (extended Moot : 27th July - 8th August), a festival of bushcrafting and camping in a beautiful woodland PLEASE CLICK HERE for more information.
I did this 1 yesterday for a Peltenon M95 I used 7mm barrel length rivets which I ruined as the sheath wasn't flat formed in places, 1 Brass binding screw I found 10 10mm Barrel length and head size in the shed luckily as they cost a load from where I looked at them and a Chicago screw just so I could see the options looked like.
Just got to slim down the sheath so it's more a kin to the original sheaths and re-place all of the fittings.
I'm pretty happy with it form follows function my old man used to say and I actual agree with him this time

Well here's the pretty much finished M95 sheath, the larger rivets arrived today and I reformed it in places and I shaped the sheath to look more like Peltenon style sheaths.
I have marked the Kydex slightly where I was lets say over zealous with setting the rivets I'll try to scrub these circular marks away ?.
And the Chicago screw hasn't got a rubber washer on yet as I can't find them.
But tbh I'm pretty happy with it as I've not done many sheaths with handles this big before, I mostly do blade fitting Kydex sheaths and the odd folder sheath.
Cheers
