Now that all you law-abiding Bushcrafters have bound-up your trusty Woodlore in tape ready to throw into one of those accommodating bins outside your nearest Police Station, it occurred to me there is an alternative:

Send them to me but please only the ones made by Alan Wood!!

Yes, flippant as usual but as it is probably not possible to have meaningful debate without straying into serious politics from the start (something deemed inappropriate and possibly even banned as part of this site’s desire to maintain it’s “educational” web status?) I guess you’ll forgive me.

Lets hope it works though.

Not sure how I missed that post but as I’m moving house I haven’t visited the site for some days. Having just seen some of the comments/debate over there I’m happy to say how wrong I appear to be. I just felt sure the plug would be pulled once someone mentioned; 3rd and 4th reply into the thread as it happens, the unavoidable link between fowling piece ownership/legislation etc.
