Older style katadyn hiker, but pretty sure the filters are still available. They look the same as in this one anyway!
I got this second hand and have only put a few litres through it, but not sure how many have been through.
Filter is a bit discoloured but still got life left in it. NB as per instructions this has been flushed with a bleach solution after use. Please flush thoroughly before use.
