On the last local walk out I noticed the garlic mustard was full of seed pods, so I grabbed a good bunch and brought it home. I've let them dry for a week and crunched them up so they release all the seeds.

Has anyone ever used them before? I was thinking of toasting them and grinding them to add to rice/stews/soups etc. Are they even safe to eat? I know that it's not recommended to use wild grass seed for flour due to fungus.

The flavour potential is definitely there!

Any info greatly appreciated!
