Here and there
I popped into the Clas Ohleson store in Manchester, and picked up an Asaklitt down sleeping bag, ex display, for £10. It's called an Autumn Forest, and on closer inspection seems to be a down mix 90/10 down and feather, and something called Down-like fibre.

It's got shoulder baffles and a zip baffle, and seems a pretty decent thickness. It packs down to about 20x20cms compressed, and weighs, including the compression sack 1700g.
Even if I just keep it in the car, it's great value for a tenner.
I suppose I'm just wondering if anyone has one and can tell me the rating (I'm guessing three season?), and if they've had it out in the field and if so, how it coped.

I've googled it, but drawn a blank.

Thanks

Hi, Here's what their site says about the forest 2 so should be very similar in specs. Don't think you can go wrong for a tenner

Thanks for that. I've had a good look at the bag, and it has a down upper and a synthetic lower and hood. It's about the same weight as the bag I use now, but is warmer (tried it last night), and packs smaller, so all in all well worth it.
